4- Modern soft design in a classical building dated 1927

Only the original façade remains. The materials we used to transform the interior are wood on floors, coloured Venetian stucco at the walls and marble in the bathrooms. The breakfast room is an outstanding space, with panels of light and wavy wooden ceilings.

• Taxi: Easy to get. The approximate cost is 20-25 euros. It takes 15-20 minutes.
• Train + Metro : The train from the airport leaves every 30 minutes and takes 35 minutes. You must stop in Plaça Catalunya and transfer to metro up to "Paral·lel". The hotel is at 100 meters. The same transportation ticket is valid for both train and metro.

How to drive from the South coast / Airport

• Follow the indications to city center – "Centre Ciutat"
• The motorway from the airport becomes Gran Via once in the city
• Take Avinguda Paral·lel once in Plaça Espanya
• Drive to the end of Avenue Paral·lel, and take it again on the opposite traffic sense
• Leave Avinguda Paral·lel when you arrive at the crossing with Ronda Sant Pau
• You will find the hotel some meters further, on the right side of Ronda Sant Pau

• Take the ring road of Barcelona called Ronda Litoral
• Drive to exit 21 (Paral·lel)

How do I book a triple room?

• Add an extra bed to a standard room. You will find this option at the reservation form. Note that only double bedded rooms can accept an extra bed.
• An extra bed for one child up to 12 is free (even for two children, if they fit). Book a double room and request the extra bed in "comments".
• The best option for two adults and children is a suite. It has a bedroom for the adults and a separate room with a sofa bed for the child/ren. Four adults cannot be accommodated in a suite.

Cancel your reservation and make a new one.

Can I cancel my reservation? How? Is there a fee?

Cancel your reservation at no fee by using the entry on the left bar. It will only be possible before the deadline (the conditions are stated on your reservation confirmation details).

Can I book your hotel by telephone?

No. We will be glad to assist you by telephone but you must reserve online or by email (we need your details in writing). Note that the offers are available for online reservations only.

May I get a good rate if I contact you by email?

Our best rates are available on the website only. You will not get a better rate by trying other ways.

Why do you need my credit card? Is it secure?

By providing your credit card, you make sure that your room will be waiting for you. We need it as a guarantee only. You can pay as you wish once in the hotel.

Your credit card details are encrypted through secure server (VeriSign). It is safer than e-mail, fax or telephone.

Is breakfast included? How much does it cost?

Breakfast is not included. We serve an optional complete buffet breakfast every morning. The cost is 15 euros per person. No booking is needed.

I am planning a surprise trip for my couple. What can you offer?

We have an offer for honeymooners, birthdays and anniversaries. In addition, a complimentary bottle of cava (Catalan champagne) will be waiting for you in the room. Flowers? A table of cheese and wine? A customized card?... Just tell us.

You can also pay the bill in advance. All we need is a signed authorization to charge your credit card.

Which options do you offer to accommodate a family?

12 noon. It may be earlier or a bit later, depending on availability. We cannot guarantee it. Late arrivals are no problem at all. The room will be waiting for you until any time.

Will I have an internet connection in the hotel? How?

If you bring a laptop, use our wireless system for free (we can set up your computer if necessary)

There are computers with internet in our business center ("Espai acta"). 24 hours opened and free.

Is there a parking in the hotel? Is it secure?

Yes. There is a private parking adjoining the hotel. The price is 20 euros per night. Just tell the receptionists at your arrival.
